Beer & Wine licenses are inexpensive and easy to obtain. More than any other perk, travelers miss enjoying a cold beer or a glass of wine and the opportunity to relax after a hard day's work. Here is your chance to shine.
You need to serve just 3 kinds of beer: a domestic regular, a domestic light and an import of local favorite. You should also offer your guests a choice of Chardonnay, Merlot or White Zinfandel wine...but only by the glass.
Obviously, you sell these beverages for a fair price that will cover your food and beverage costs and labor from 4pm - 9pm. Serve food from 5pm until 7pm. This is an easy perk to add and will easily support a $10 increase in your room rate. The hoteliers who are first to offer this service will reap the rewards.
